How is it possible to establish a base for a new species? |

Because there is a tremendous gap between Man's consciousness and the cosmic force, the cosmic force cannot be channeled through Man's effort or by virtue of the force's own nature. A channel is required to first introduce it into the realm of creation or prakriti. This principal channel must be one who has transcended prakriti, experienced merger with the Absolute, and then returned to the world to manifest the awareness of this Cosmic Absolute, this Truth Force beyond the creation. Once this umbilical cord is established between the realms of nature and the cosmic, any number of forms can be linked to this principal channel, and the Force can spread in earth consciousness. One must nourish this link and strengthen it before linking it to other forms via the World Peace Meditation (WPM). This procedure is detailed in the WPM literature. By transmitting this cosmic force from one person to another, new connections are made and a network is formed on the subtle plane consisting of the carriers of this cosmic Light. At this early stage, the contribution of each WPM practitioner cannot be overstated.
By passing this vibration of the cosmic force onto others after becoming stabilized in It, increasing amounts of this cosmic force are pumped into the collective consciousness of Man (i.e. the earth consciousness). Since a small amount of cosmic force produces very large amounts of sattwa energy (the spiritual consciousness which sustains life), the level of sattwa in the earth consciousness will rise tremendously. When the number of people who are consciously channeling this force reaches 0.1% in a given region, that will transform the consciousness in that part of the world primarily to sattwa, and the soil will be fertile for manifesting this new consciousness of Spiritual Man. The conversion to a sattwic base in some regions will rapidly affect other parts of the world, spreading like wildfire, and before long the whole planet will support the manifestation of this new species of Spiritual Man. |
| How will this message or force be spread? |
| The means of spreading this Light should be through word-of-mouth only. This creation is governed through the powers of the Divine Mother, and She is our collaborator in this endeavor, enabling the spread of this Light. Those drawn to such a collaboration will be those having an awakened psychic. Here the psychic refers to that layer of consciousness which expresses the Soul or the Being within. Through word-of-mouth, we can contact the psychic awareness in others, and those who are meant for this work will come. Advertising in the mass media or through flyers, newspapers, etc., appeals to the mind in man, not the psychic in man, and thus defeats its own purpose. |
| How important are the WPM groups? |
| It is important that new WPM groups form in many areas. Once a group exceeds about 15 regular meditators, it should break into two groups. This will spread the movement geographically, and will be more effective in transforming the collective consciousness in a given region. In addition, it will be more convenient, requiring less driving time to get to meetings. At the same time, it is important that a coherency and direction be maintained. To accomplish this, it is recommended that all groups meditate together in one place once every month. Over time there may be modifications to the WPM technique, new ways of working with the collective consciousness, etc. Groups can inform other groups of their activities and new spiritual information can be shared. |
| Remaining linked with the Force |
To optimize the flow of cosmic energy through our system, we must exercise complete neutrality to what Prakriti is doing in the world of matter. If we get identified with the possible outcome of world events, and take strong positions or opinions, we get de-linked from the Source from which the Force flows. This process of identification with the happenings in the world is what entangled us to begin with, causing us to forget who we really are. Our true nature is the Force Itself, which is inherently impartial and the Force can flow most efficiently through a system that is also impartial, that is more identified with the Being within than with the phenomena of Prakriti. The more we get identified with Prakriti's movements, the more we restrict the flow of this cosmic Force through our system. If we can remain impartial it will not only help the collective consciousness of earth, it will make our individual lives move much more smoothly.
