Offering for stay at the ashram: Rs3,500 per night.

The rooms are having A/C and hot water facilities. The ashram guests can take their meals at the ashram’s dining. The ashram food is pure vegetarian. No extra charge is required for the meals.

Visitors staying in the ashram are welcome to participate in any of the ashram daily programs, however attendance is not compulsory.

The following guidelines are strictly followed inside the ashram:
• no smoking
• no drugs or alcohol
• no chewing bittle or tobacco
• no non-vegetarian food is allowed inside the ashram

 

Getting to Tiruvannamalai:

There are direct buses from Chennai (200 km), Bangalore (220 km), Vellore (85 km), and Pondicherry (110 km). The Tiruvannamalai bus stand is located 4 km from the ashram. Auto-rickshaws are available from the bus stand.

The nearest train station is 5 km from the ashram at Tiruvannamalai. Other nearby stations include Villuparam (70 km), Katpadi (near Vellore), Chennai and Pondicherry.

The nearest airport is Chennai International Airport. Taxis to Tiruvannamalai are available for hire from the airport, online, or through services hired in advance from Tiruvannamalai. The drive to the ashram takes approximately 4 hours. The next near airport is Bangalore (Bengaluru) International Airport (BLR) or Kempegowda International Airport.
